Performance Lifecycle Management Guideline

PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to provide a guide to executive branch agencies in Georgia state government for Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) management.
This guide provides a framework for state agencies to manage their technology investments2 in order to achieve consistently successful outcomes that maximize alignment with enterprise-wide and agency specific goals and objectives.
